Come to MLI to sign up for HEAP with Erie County representatives.

• HEAP: Get information & apply for the 2026-27 HEAP season.
• ECLIPSE Community Solar: Lower your monthly electric bill. Bring an email address and electric utility bill!​
• EAP and EEAP: Monthly bill assistance. Bring State award letters for HEAP/SNAP/Medicaid/Social Security.
• Empower+: Low- or no-cost home energy upgrades.

To apply, bring copies of the following: 

-Identification for all household members

-Proof of type of heating source.

-Proof of all income received withing the last 30 days

-Current shutoff notice, if applicable
